Keo Kab, a 15-year-old 6th grade student at the Hazel Abell Stone School
Keo Kab is a 15-year-old boy currently studying in 6th grade at the Hazel Abell Stone School. He is ranked 2nd among his 42 students in the second semester. He lives about one kilometer away from school and he walks to school every day. He has three brothers and two sisters in his family. He is the first child in the family. All of his siblings are studying at the new building. His parents are farmers.
“My favorite subject is math because I want to learn how to do the calculation so it is easy to do business in the future.”
“In the old building, it was difficult to study when it rained. The water sprinkled into the classroom while the new building is in good shape and good condition.”
“In the free time, I like to read Khmer legends or sometimes I carry water for using at my house.”
“When I grow up, I want to be a doctor in order to earn money for helping my family.”
