Victory Garden
The gardener at the Mr and Mrs Sak Nhep School, Nhem Hak, mounds soil on the water convolvulus. The garden is set up on 21th February 2006.
The schoolchildren learn how to mound soil as the 45-year-old gardener demonstrates the action.

Ong Chantha, a chief cook from Phnom Penh, teaches a local cook how to cook vegetables for the schoolchildren.
Neang Sokhim, a new hired local cook, prepares the first food for school children on 7th May 2006.
