Mr. Peng Kang is the director of the O Ta Lok Nippon Foundation School.

On himself: I am forty-six years old and have six children. Two of them are attending this school. My wife works in the rice fields. Our house is two kilometers from the school.

 
On the new building: Now that we have this new building, more students are enrolling. I’m very happy with the new school. Never before have we had a building like this. I will persuade the villagers to make a fence to surround the school, and plant flowers.
