Sot Sary is also a third grade student at the O Ta Lok Nippon Foundation School.
She was ranked fifth in her class.
| On herself: | I am thirteen years old. I have seven siblings, and three of them are at this school. My parents farm rice. They cut the grass and plant the rice. I spend about half-an-hour walking to school.

| On the new building: | I am very happy to have a new building. The old school doesn’t have enough roofing. There’s a big gap in the middle.

| Favorite subject: | I like Khmer most. My favorite story that I read in class was about Banan Mountain.
|
| On her spare time: | I go to find wood for the fire so that I can boil the rice. I also collect water. At school, I like to play hide-and-seek with my friends.

| In the future: | I’d like to finish secondary school, and then have a small business out of my house.
