Mr. Meng Chandara, the 38-year old director of
the Sir Graham Balfour School.
Mr. Meng Chandara is the 38-year old director of the Sir Graham Balfour School. He has four children: two daughters and two sons. One attends school in the 3rd grade and another is in the 1st grade. His two other children currently study in Takeo province in the 6th and 9th grades.
“I started off my career as a teacher in 1986. I was promoted to director of the school in the year 2000.”
“I am happy to receive this new building as part of the rural schools project. This building is so easy to teach in, compared to the old one which was unbearably hot and leaked when it rained. It only had two rooms and was completely constructed of wood. Thank you to the donors for building this for us.”
