Chheung Nhong is 13-year-old girl currently studying in the 2nd grade at the Trapeang Kdar School.
Chhoeung Nhong is a 13-year- old girl currently studying in the 2nd grade at the Trapeang Kdar School. She is ranked 1st among 40 students. “My house is about a kilometer from school and I walk here every day. I have 3 sisters in my family. I am the eldest Children in the family. Two others sisters have attended the 1st grade and 2nd grade in the new school. My farther and mother are farmers”.
“My favorite subject is literature because I want to learn how to communicate and write letters with others. On the other hand, I also want to know clearly about Kmher culture”.
“If we compare the old building with the new one, the old school was difficult to study in when it rained, water would spray into the classroom. The new building is in good shape and good condition”.
“I like to read novels when I have free time. I also carry water for my parents and I want to become a factory worker to earn money to help my family”.
“If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would like to visit Kampong Chhnang province because I never been there”.
