The Taiko Iwase School
Suon Rady is a 15-year-okd fifth grade student at the Taiko Iwase School. He was raked third among the 36 students in his class last year. His father is the village chief and his mother runs a small shop from their home. His three sisters are also at the school.
In Their Own Words. . .
On his hobbies: | “ I like to go fishing at the small lake here and visiting our family farm. At the farm, we grow mango, mangos teen, durian, papaya and other fruits.”

On his future: | “ I plan to graduate from secondary school at least, and hopefully high school. I want to go to high school because if I can get more education, I ca get a good job in the future. My father only finished seventh grade and my mother ninth.”

If I could go anywhere…: | “ I would go to Kampuchea Kram because my grandparents live there.”

If I could do anything ……: | “ I would grow to thank Taiko I was very much for providing this new school building for he other students and I to get knowledge. I wish he good health and longevity.” |
