The Jack Bora Feeney School

(October, 2001)

Mrs. Sok Khe is a farmer and shopkeeper with one daughter at the Jack Bora Feeney School.

In Their Own Words

On the new building: “I think that this new building has improved the village here because the villagers’ children can get an education and develop the village here.  It is also near my house and easy for my daughter to get to school.”

On her daughter’s future: “I want her to continue until she is well educated because her parents are not educated.  I want her to learn as much as she can, because I can only give her knowledge to prepare her for the future.  I don’t know what she wants to do, that’s up to her.”

Message for the donors: “I would like to thank Bernadette and Michael Feeney very much for doing this.”
