Romam Rith
Romam Rith is 14 years old. She is a student in grade 5 at SophieA.KRASOWSKI school witch located in Plor village, Borkham commune, Oyadav district, Ratanakiri province.
Rith is an ethic minority people and there are 6 members in her family and she has 4 siblings she is the third in the family. Her parents were devoiced since she was young so nowadays she is an orphan child. Her father got married with a new wife and now he moved to live on with his new wife in the other village, so she just living with her mother with own small plot of farmland where could cultivated the cassava and get 350$ in per year. She said that, every year her mother got bit of income and mostly of the income her mother pay for to the debts including food and schooling.
She confirmed that, anyway these earning couldn’t provide a whole family as well. So her mother had a hard pursuit of income from veggies growing and other raising animals to support the family expenses. She sometime was absent from school due to helping her mother to work at the farm.
For her future goal, she wishes to be a nurse because she enjoyed this career and she could help her parents, relative and all minority people in the location.
