To Be Selected
An In is 12 years old and she studying in a 5th grade at the The Kirivorn School#90 in Kirivorn village, Steng Chhay commune Kampong Sela district, Preah Sihanouk province.
There are four members in her family, one grandmother, one mother, and two daughters including her. She is a first daughter in her family. Her family is so poor. Her grandmother does not have own farmland. An In’s parents have split up since she was three years old. An In’s mother has gone to work in Phnom Penh as a factory staff and get 180$ in per month and send to her mother 50$ every-month for support in the family. The salary of her mother is not adequate to assist her whole family. Nowadays, she lives with her grandmother and her youngest sister. An In and her grandmother raise hens and ducks at home for selling to feed the family. Every day An In always walks to school with her friends.
When she grows up, An In wants to be a clothes designer because she loves it and she wants to own a clothing shop to get the money for support her family to live in a better life.
