Sak Menea is 11 years old, she lives in Tronal village, Chrolorng Commune, Baray District, Kampong Thom Provice. She is a student in the 5th grade at Tuol Andet Primary School located in Tropeng Chroneang Village, Chrolorng Commune, Baray District, and Kampong Thom Province.
Menea has 4 siblings, 2 brothers and 2 sisters on including her. She is a second child in the family and her brothers study at grade 7th near her school. Her father’s name is Roun Run and her mother’s name is Cheam Nhanh, both of them are labor workers, gets 3$ in a day for a person. The family has no own farmland. They are every difficult to find money. Her parents can earn about $3 in the employing day. The income is not enough to support the family of daily life and their children school needed. Therefore, she always misses school and stays home to help take care her siblings and help on other housework.
In the future, Menea wants to be a teacher because she wants to share her knowledge and education to the students in her community as well as and be able to help other people. Moreover, She wants to support her family.
