Dr. Hajime Nishiya, a Donor of The Nishiya Family Reaksa High School,
in Preah Vihear Province is walking through a queue of student lines to the platform.

Chief of Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport in the Opening Ceremony
Two Haga water filters donated by Dr. Hajime Nishiya for High School and dormitory
