| On her family: | “I am 12 years old and the middle child in my family. My older brother stopped studying a long time ago because we did not have enough money, and my younger brother is studying at the same school as me, in 1st grade. My father is Set Den and my mother is Phan Nat. They are farmers.”

| On school subjects: | “I am good at literature and at the bottom in mathematics. Out of 14 students in my class, I was number 2 [in examinations]. |
