In Their Own Words. . .
On the new building: | “I like the new building because it is not like the old school building. The tables are very strong, and the roof doesn’t leak.”
On school subjects: | “I like learning Khmer and social science because they are easy to read and remember. I don’t like mathematics because I do not understand what the teacher says.”
On his hobbies: | “I like to read when I have free time because I don’t want to be bored. When I meet my friends, I like to play soccer with them.”
On his family history: | “I used to live in Kompong Thom Province. My parents just moved here to find work.”
On his future: | “I want to be a policeman in the future because I think it is an easy job to do.” |
