Mr. Yang Sithong is the deputy school director of The World Mate School Number Five.
| on his family | “I am 30 years old. Besides being the deputy school director, I am also the first grade teacher. I have been teaching and working as the deputy director for 12 years. I have one daughter, who is only a one year old. My wife is Mok Cheap and she is a housewife.”

| on the new school | I am happy with the new building because it is easy to keep the teaching instruments safe inside. The old building was very old in bad condition, and the students did not want to go to school in that building.”

| on the future of his students | I know the students like to learn mathematics because they think this subject will help them gain knowledge easily. The students do not like social studies because they think it is not really for learning.”

| on difficulties of his job or school | I do not have any problems with my job because this work makes me very happy. I am lucky because it is very difficult to get this kind of job now. We never have problems at our school because we all get along very well together.” |
