Chea Sreylen is an eleven-year-old student in the fifth grade at Wat Thmey primary school located in Takhong village, Trean commune, Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham Province.
Sreylen has four siblings, one brother and three sisters. She is the fourth child in the family. Her mother is a housewife and her father is a farmer as well as a seasonal worker, earning 30,000 Riels per day, which is not enough to support the family.
Sreylen is a very hard worker, and a smart student. In her free time, she likes reading books, reviewing lessons and helping with housework.
In the future, she wants to be a doctor because her father is ill, and she wants to help him. Additionally, she wants to help financially support her family.
