Ngoun Srolas is 16- years-old, grade 11 at The Kimino Yume Mezaseba Kanau School in Varin district, Siem Reap province.
Srolas has seven siblings, three sisters and four brothers, and she is the fourth child in family. Her parents are farmers and they own one hectare of farmland. Besides doing rice farm, they work as seasonal worker during harvest seasons to earn more money. Thus in busy seasons, they can earn about 400,000 riel per month or 100 dollar, but this amount is not regular. She responds to do housework and to take care her younger siblings. The reason that push her to study because she saw her parents’ life without education. It was very difficult to live. That is why she really love education.
In the future, she wants to be a teacher, and work in the other NGO.
