Soeurn Sreynit is 18 years old and she is a student in grade 10 at Kulen High School. She lives in Kulen Cherng Village, Kulen Cherng Commune, Kulen District, Preah Vihear Province.
She has one brother and three sisters including her. She is the third child in the family. Her father’s name is Soeurn Aang and he was died for many years ago and her mother’s name is Yuon Leav and she is 42 years old, who is a farmer. They have only 2 hectare of farmland for growing rice and they can produce for 3000kg to 4000kg of rice and they are keeping for 1000kg of rice for daily eating in a whole year and sold for 3000kg of rice, get 750$ for support their whole family in per year. Nodaway, she lives with only her mother and a sister because her sister and brother goes to work as workers at the bother of Thailand, get 150$ in per month and send to their mother for 50$ to buy every food. Her youngest sister is studying at grade 7 the same her school.
Sreynit goes to school by walking about 2 kilometers because she doesn’t have enough money to buy bicycle. After school she always help her mother to do housework and help her mother to do the field.
In the future, she wants to be a soldier because she wants to protect her country from the foreign invaders who want to get invade Cambodian land.
