| On the new building: | “I am happy with the new school building because I have tried for many years to get a new building and now we have one.”

| On teaching: | “I have taught for only two years, but I have been a school director for 19 years. I became a teacher because at that time no one was very educated. I love this job as well. The students like to learn mathematics and Khmer because these subjects are easy to understand and important. I also like to teach them because they are very important. I don’t like to teach other subjects because we lack study instruments. I also want to create games and sports within the school to make the students interested in coming to school. Now students come to school because of the new building.”

| On the future: | “I think my students will finish high school because they study very hard. I think Cambodia will grow up in the future because people will be well-educated in the future and they will develop the country.”
