The Pramath Dey Nippon

Foundation School

Mrs. Duong Hien lives right opposite the Pramath Dey Nippon Foundation School.
The picture is taken outside her house.

On herself:

I am forty-four years old and a widow. My husband left me six children. Two of them are at this school. I work as a farmer. I plant rice and other crops, such as lettuce and cabbage. I would plant more but I don’t have the land. I sell most of what I grow at the Kampong Thom market.

On the new building: I am very glad to know that my children can now learn without any difficulties. The old school was made of wood and was very old. The roof had many holes. When it rained, it would disturb the students.
