The Brighter Tomorrow School
In Vuthear is a 12-year-old fourth grade student at the Brighter Tomorrow School. She was ranked fourth in a class of 40 students. Her father is a teacher at the school.

On the new building: | “I like coming to school because I love learning and I like the new school building very much.”

On school subjects: | “My favorite lessons are applied science, Khmer, mathematics, and social science because they are easy to understand.”

On her hobbies: | “When I have the time, I like to play Khmer popular games with my friends.”

On her family: | “My parents want me to graduate from high school because they want me to gain high knowledge. I am not sure about high school because I will be busy planting crops and rice with my parents.”

On her future: | “I want to be a farmer, because I want to help my parents grow rice.”
