The Hiroko Okuma School
Sin Sou is a 13-year-old boy in fourth grade at the Hiroko Okuma School.

Sin Sou is 13 years old. He is in fourth grade at the Hiroko Okuma School and was ranked fourth among his 24 classmates at end of last year. He has four sisters. One of his sisters is studying in first grade at the same school. His parents are farmers and he walks the 300 meters from his house to school.
| On the new building: | “I like the new building. It was hard to study in the old building because it had no walls and sunlight came in, making it hot.”

| On school subjects: | “My favorite subject is Mathematics and I hate Applied Sciences. My memory is not good with that subject.”

| On his hobbies: | “I like to play football in my free time.”

| On his future: | “I want to be an engineer or carpenter when I grow up. I like to build houses.”
