Representative of the Yokohama International School in Japan Ms. Clare Izat walks to the platform at the school’s opening ceremony held on December 24, 2007, while the commune chief of Punnareay Mr. Morm Seng shows the way.
Ms. Clare Izat who is also geographical teacher at the Yokohama International School, takes the floor to give her speech to school teachers, children, villagers and local authorities rallied at the ceremony.
The commune chief of Punnareay Mr. Morm Seng presents a letter of thanks on behalf of the provincial authorities to the school donors for their contribution in building a school for Cambodian children.
Ms. Clare Izat cheerfully cuts the last portion of the red ribbon to inaugurate the new building, while the local authorities and officials from the provincial department of Education applaud.
