I have been teaching here for eight months. I was sent here from Battambang by the ministry of education. In Battambang I studied pedagogy for two years. This is my first job as a teacher. I teach the second grade here. I live here by myself, since I’m not yet married. As a temporary accommodation, they allowed me to use one of the classrooms. I’m not sure why I haven’t received a house to live yet…

I’m very happy to be able to teach in a building like this. It makes my job easier. The students come to class regularly, so it’s easy to teach them. |
