School donor Steven Ar, carrying a bunch of flower, is escorted to the platform of the opening ceremony while students on lined up on both sides of the road to welcome him.


Mr. Ar delivers a speech to the children during the opening ceremony on February 22, 2010. 


The school donor cuts the ribbon, opening The Pullman-Ar-Lao-Shuford (P.A.L.S.) School in Siem Reap province.
