Opening Ceremony

 


A seven-member delegation from Tsukuba Forum of Japan arrived at the school they funded for the dedication ceremony held on 20th January 2006. Mr. Yoshida Haruo holds a pair of scissors and cuts a red ribbon to inaugurate the new school building that his group funded.


The school donors visit the World Links classroom in which 16 laptops were linked the Internet by a satellite dish uplink next to the school. The program is funded by the Japan Social Development Fund through the World Bank.
