In Their Own Words. . .
On school subjects: | “I like mathematics because I want to know how to calculate. I don’t like applied science because it is difficult to learn.”
On her free time: | “When I am at home, I like to cook and read books. When I come to school, I like to meet my friends and we talk and do our lessons.”
On her future: | “I want to graduate from high school because I want to get more knowledge. My parents want me to graduate because they want me to learn more. My father finished ninth grade and my mother finished 11th. I want to be a nurse in the future so that I can help people who are sick.”
If I could go anywhere…: | “I would go to my father’s home village because then I can have many things to eat.”
