I am a deputy director of this school since 2001. I’ve been a teacher since 1981 and teach the sixth grade now.
I am forty-eight years old and have two children. They are both substitute teachers here. My wife is also a teacher. Outside of the work at school, we own a farmland for lease.

| On the new building:

All students and teachers are excited to have this new building. Villagers are also very happy. The villagers have never seen a building like this before and consider it as a ‘special prize’ awarded to this village. The old building was made of wood and covered with fibrocement [large tiles made from a special type of cement], but I never liked teaching there. The building was so old that the walls fell down. The security was also difficult to maintain and many school materials were stolen. |
