World Assistance for Cambodia/Japan Relief for Cambodia received six hectares of land in Kompong Thom  province in northern Cambodia from a member of the Cambodian National Assembly, H.E. Nhem Thavy, and we wish to build a physical and mental rehabilitation center there which Cambodia’s foremost architect, Vann Molyvann, has agreed to design pro bono.  We are aiming to raise $2 million for the construction.  St. Luke’s Hospital in Tokyo has agreed to train the staff there to run this center.  Donations to this project are most welcome and tax-deductible in the United States.  If any donor wishes to fund the entire project, we will gladly name the facility after him or her.
